Privacy Policy

SubmitAI collects account details, authentication records, usage information, token/limit data, and other information needed to operate the AI learning workspace.

The default Library is local-first: generated files, reports, and uploaded documents are stored in the user's browser/device rather than permanently uploaded to SubmitAI cloud storage. Clearing browser data may remove those local files.

Uploaded documents may still be temporarily processed to extract text or provide AI responses. The extracted context needed for tutoring, presentations, exams, and related workflows may be sent to configured AI providers, but default Library file storage remains on the user device.

Users can request account and server-side data deletion according to the product deletion process. Local browser files can be removed from the Library or by clearing browser storage. Some server records may be retained temporarily for operational, security, or legal reasons.
